Position Location: Onalaska, WI

Purpose & Summary: As the Customer Experience Manager you will be accountable for leading, motivating, & developing Dynamics' Recycling, Brokering, & Recovery Account Management team. With an innovative approach, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the processes and systems necessary to provide a world-class customer experience. Working cross functionally with our Sales Team, Accounting Team, Logistics Team, Operations Team, and Business Analysts, you will gain the big picture view needed to align our internal stakeholders in putting our customers first. Day to day responsibilities may include:

• Sales and operational process development and management
• Team management and development
• Project management
• Tracking key metrics and reporting to business stakeholders
• Building cross functional relationships
• Additional projects as needed

Requirements: An Associate's Degree along with at least five years of experience including people management, process improvement, development of metrics and management of reporting, and customer service management. ERP System Utilization is required, as well as experience working between multiple departments such as, operations, sales, logistics and accounting. We will also consider additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Other qualifications include:

Outstanding candidates may possess these additional bonus qualifications:
• A Bachelor's Degree in a Business Field
• Experience within world class customer service systems
• Experience managing customer support roles
• Experience with a heavily regulated industry or compliance focused organization
