Do you enjoy your career in caregiving but crave a new challenge? CCLS is looking for an experienced supervisor to join our leadership team in La Crosse. This Program Manager position is based out of a newly remodeled south side group home for adults that have disabilities. As a Program Manager you will oversee the clients medical and daily needs to make sure they are receiving quality care.

On a daily basis you will assist with client personal cares, medications, cooking, cleaning, and community outings. As a program manager you will train and coach your direct care employees, cover open shifts, and maintain communication with supervisors, physicians, guardians, and case managers.

Our friendly trainers teach state approved classes and your assigned Program Director will provide on-the-job training. After the initial training period a supervisor is a call away 24 hours a day. Supervision will be provide by your Program Directer that has grown internally and will be able to relate to your day-to-day challenges.

Requirements:

Experience assisting adults that have disabilities
Open to a schedule with varied hours
EVERY OTHER WEEKEND IS REQUIRED
Successful applicants must have a valid driver's license, an insured and reliable vehicle, a suitable crime and driving record, as well as a satisfactory pre-employment drug screen.
