Altra Products & Services include Checking, Savings, Certificates, IRAs, Trust accounts, Consumer loans w/protection product add-ons, 2nd Mortgages, insured loan products, Credit cards, Savings Bonds, Gift cards, Notary services and more.

Qualified applicants are required to have a High School diploma, GED or HSED. Financial Services background would be a plus but is not required. One (1) to three (3) years' sales and customer service experience is required to help determine members’ financial needs and cross-sell appropriate Altra products and services. Bilingual ability is a plus!

This position is full time, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday between the operating hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. and requires some flexibility within these hours, as needed. La Crescent FSR’s will be required to work one opening shift a week from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and will be required to work a Saturday rotation every 8 weeks from 7:45 A.M. to 12:15 P.M at the Onalaska WI office.
