This is a barely used Sheffield model HC-530A (Pneumatic) strip/webbing cutter. We only used it for a short time for one client. Now it sits idle. This model comes with a 4 inch blade and a dwell timer (the amount of time the blade is engaged) Also this model has a faster cycle time than the electric version. It also comes standard with our safety knife cover sensor. It will cut elastic, webbing (Up to ¼" Thick and approximately 4 inches wide), Ribbons, Belt Loops, Hook & Loop, Nylon Cords, Leather, Safety Belts, Rubber and Vinyl to name a few.
