There is nothing wrong with these, the first box was opened & set up for about a week. Second box (pictured last) was opened but no cameras were taken out of the original packaging or hooked up. They work great, I have absolutely no complaints about how these cameras run. There’s two way audio, night vision, camera rotation, motion alert, etc. all of which can be controlled via app downloaded. They are WiFi based, so if your WiFi goes out so do the cameras. Literally the only downfall of these! Very easy to reconnect and get going again once WiFi is back up and running.
These just don’t work for my home as they are cameras that need to be plugged in at all times to fully work & I have small children who are curious about the plug in cameras.
All cameras have been wiped clean, reset and are ready to go.
