It contains all of the hard to find parts. You will still need to supply the wire and hardware as well as cut the plate to your liking.
There are some great plans online for multi band ham radio antennas that will require these parts.
The poles are sorted so you will not be getting cracked poles. That said, remember they are used.
The aluminum plate can be cut to provide both the ground and radiator plates.
The kit includes:
10 - 42 1/2" fiberglass poles
9 - 12 inch aluminum tent stakes
2 - Spreaders (paddles)
1 - 11" x 1/4" thick aluminum plate
