Responsibilities
-Perform professional window installations per manufacturer specifications and company standards
-Ensure proper fit, seal, and insulation for all installations
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment
-Communicate effectively with project managers, site supervisors, and homeowners
-Complete projects on schedule and within project scope
-Provide your own tools, equipment, and transportation
Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of residential window installation experience
Valid contractor’s license and insurance (proof required)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to lift and carry heavy windows and materials
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
