in search of an Electronics Friend to help me work on a few final projects here.
Experience with Audio and Video Systems, Home Stereos, Home LED Sound Updates, SPEAKERS and Placement (mounting, etc)
Creating a quality movie room / movie viewing living room or
Car Audio basic-advanced stereo unit and speaker replacement in a SUV.
1) Media Room Overhaul - Review with me, help make a plan, update a 20 ft x 14 ft room. Walls up and hollow, huge floor wall unit purchased, lots of quality electronics - some attached and working, not very organized, lots of new media DVDs, CDs, Albums, etc.
3 sofas/loveseats, open tile suspended ceilings and walls mostly pre-wired when we built the room. Let's make it the best we can with what we have and limited additional purchases. Just needs an organized touch.
2) CAR STEREO REPLACEMENT - Toyota Sequoia has an original equipment - it works, but not very exciting and doesn't play my .mp3 music library. Pondering a full new main unit or just review it and make actual model recommendations. If you are an Installer, or Installer in training that is looking for Letters of Recommendation, that would be ideal. I just miss quality music in important places.
3) Building / Clean up of a second Audio Work BENCH - I have a larger home with several open Desks and BENCHES. They could be better organized. A review of their needs, setup, clear any clutter and box it up with me, and lets get WORK AREAS defined and BENCHES ready to go for the many projects coming our way here. Lots to show you, onsite, or via some photos, looking for someone to take interest with me and help get things BETTER ORGANIZED and effective.
4) Looking for some Inspiration - VISIT a few well organized Finished Basements, Quality 24ft Garage Layouts, Basement Electronics BENCHES either online, or in the area, drive there, quick visit, discuss and gather helpful ideas to get us motivated here with better layouts. Electronics Repair Bench, Home Audio / Video, Useful Wall of Media, Useful Wall of Playable Units - I have 3 Turntables(need just one or maybe two), Each of the older Media Types: Album, Cassette Players, DVD Player, VHS Player, etc. Organize and setup the main wall and side wall to be Playable and wired to my main Amp Receiver. Planned out, space to use them, etc. I would like to meet a qualified person that has done some of this, review my rooms and items, hear your thoughts and ideas, go visit yours, or other sites for ideas, Make a Plan. Start Building it better here either with or without you - prefer your help. Open to ideas.
5) Review our additional DEN with it's 2-3 gaming consoles and two 65" LEDs connected. Would like to make that more usable yet, It is very fun and captivating, but mostly for 1 at a time. I would like to redo this for 2-3 PEOPLE at once in same room, and maybe re Org other rooms to have 2 Sets of Gaming Players for my son's dream layout(s). 14 yo son and his new friends would be receiving and utilizing the fun Simulators, etc. Adult Parent Father is finally allowing Gaming into all their lives and liking the newer Driving, Flying, Puzzle / Complex Problem Solving, Space Engineering, Simulators, etc. into the house. It would be fun to organize it and wire for more big family gatherings, more friends for him, more fun!? PS4 PRO, XBOX ONE and 1S units.
Wired and working, but not very organized. QUALITY LEARNING Environment is desired.

We have Advanced Computer Systems and Skills. We have lots of raw materials and toys here. Looking to better organize and have fun doing it with like minds.
