Wanted: Retractable AWNING MATERIAL REPLACEMENT Quote (Onalaska)

We have a wonderful Electric Awning that works great, but the material is getting too old and NEEDS REPLACEMENT.
The hardware is all Aluminum and works great, very little wear.
It is located on a large wooden deck, 18ft x 12ft and is easily accessible.
(The 1 Photo is just a likeness, ours is darker in color now.)
We are looking for:
1) QUOTE for the 12ft x 18ft MATERIAL in a warm, summer, sunny color. less dark, more lighter color. Durable.
2) Probably Help INSTALLING the MATERIAL FABRIC if possible.
3) or Verbal help if you have had this done and any tips or suggestions. Companies? DO s or Don'ts. : )
